Bronwen Gale, LPC, ATR-BC
Licensed Professional Counselor & Board-Certified Art Therapist
Meet Bronwen
As a cisgender, queer white woman, I am continuously working to challenge my personal biases and internalized beliefs. This effort informs my work as a licensed professional counselor and art therapist, and I am forever learning from the inherent wisdom of my clients. I strive to listen, nurture, and champion my client’s needs while also offering thoughtful guidance and feedback. In this way, I work with my clients to help them connect with and embrace their authentic selves.
I earned a master’s degree in art therapy and counseling from Drexel University in 2016. Since then, I have supported clients with complex trauma, addiction and substance use, chronic illness, anxiety, and mood disorders. My clients come from a wide range of backgrounds and social locations, and I intend to honor the experiences of intersectional identities. I aim to offer compassionate, affirming care which seeks to strengthen the client’s trust in their own intuition, insights and judgement. I also offer arts-based interventions when appropriate or requested (no art experience necessary!)
